A major factor in Mainstream Commercial Divers' reputation as one of the premiere inland commercial diving companies is our divers. We employee 20-25 full-time commercial divers. We try to keep our reliance on freelance divers to an absolute minimum. We feel by maintaining a core of long-term, full-time divers our clients benefit because we can provide them with a more experienced and dedicated workforce. Our divers are familiar with the special requirements, procedures, and situations involved in working with many of our repeat customers. This decreases our response time and increases the efficiency of work that we can provide for our customers. All of our divers are graduates of certified commercial dive schools and/or are members of the Association of Diving Contractors (ADC).

We currently have the capability of deploying up to seven three-man dive crews simultaneously.  Our highly trained and experienced dive supervisors have an extensive amount of training and hands-on experience.  While safety is always their first concern, our divers strive to complete all work correctly, efficiently, and with the least about of inconvenience for our clients.  We also have an extensive inventory of equipment to support our dive crews.
