Are we looking for you?

MCDI offers competitive pay and benefits. Diver/Tender, qualified applicants must have graduated from an accredited commercial diving program. Applicants must also have a valid driver’s license, a driving record that our insurance carrier considers acceptable, follow safe work procedures, and pass a dive fitness examination administered by our doctor.

Being a commercial diver/tender is a physically challenging job that requires our divers/tenders to be able to do heavy lifting, walk long distances carrying heavy equipment, and perform other physically demanding tasks.

Successful applicants must also be self-motivated, be able to provide excellent references, pay attention to detail, maintain good working relations with clients and co-workers, be able to travel out of town, maintain on-call hours, and report to work on short notice. Preference will be given to applicants with mechanical, welding, construction skills and experience.
