MCDI management wants all of our employees to have the necessary tools, training, and information to protect themselves against industrial injury and illness, as well as minimize the potential loss of production.
All near-miss accidents, non-injury accidents, and accidents with injuries are to be reported (no matter how slight) to the Dive Operations Manager, Dive Supervisor, or the president of MCDI immediately. This includes reporting and tagging out equipment that needs repair or is a safety hazard. We expect all employees to observe all safety rules including those contained in the MCDI Safety Manual, Safe Practices Manual, and Employee Manual.
The preparation for all diving operations includes the development of dive plans, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and pre-dive safety meetings.
