Pipeline Inspection Services

MCDI has the equipment and expertise to inspect smaller pipes of at least 6" in diameter with either our robotic crawler camera system or push camera system. Larger pipes can be inspected via manned penetration. MCDI has performed internal pipe inspection services for a variety of clients including industrial sites, chemical plants, public utilities, governmental agencies, construction & engineering firms, and private individuals.

Internal Pipe Cleaning

MCDI can clean pipelines and other structures with our trailer mounted O'Brien water jetter which is rated to pump up to 40 gallons per minute at 2,000 psi. It also has the capability to cut tree roots that are growing into pipes.

Robotic Crawler Camera to Inspect Pipes from 6" to 30"

MCDI owns a variety of pipe plugs in many different sizes and styles.
