Safety
Best-in-Class Safety Culture
At Mainstream Commercial Divers, Inc., safety is more than just a program, it is a part of our culture. Our Health and Safety program is comprised of three main components: policy and procedure, field safety, and employee development. Each of these components plays a critical role in the overall health and safety of Mainstream employees and the success of the Mainstream health and safety program. Quality is the theme as we evolve into a best-in-class safety organization. It is our fundamental belief that our focus on quality supports our goals of safety, client satisfaction, and growth.
Our Safety Team is actively involved in day-to-day operations within our organization, visiting job sites, mentoring employees, managing our Good-Catch program, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to help improve the level of service we provide our clients.
